Contact Jumping Arcade
The best way to reach Jumping Arcade is by email at [contact email to be published]. Every message is read by the Jumping Arcade Editorial Team. This page explains what to include so we can understand your message and act on it without a long back-and-forth.
How to reach us
Email is our only contact channel. We do not offer support by phone, and we do not publish a postal address. There is no contact form, chat widget or account system on the site, so the only information we receive is what you choose to put in your email.
Please write a clear subject line that starts with the type of request, for example "Bug: Tower Jumper", "Correction: double jump guide", "Copyright concern" or "Advertising inquiry". This helps us route and prioritize messages.
Never send passwords. Jumping Arcade has no accounts, so we will never ask for a password, payment details or any login information. If you receive a message claiming to be from us that asks for these, it is not from us.
Reporting a bug in a game
We test every game on desktop keyboard and mobile touch before publishing, but browsers and devices vary a lot. If a game does not load, controls do not respond, the score is wrong or something looks broken, please include:
- Game name: the title of the game or the address of the game page.
- Browser and version: for example, the browser name and version number shown in its "About" settings.
- Device and operating system: desktop, laptop, phone or tablet, and the operating system version.
- Input method: keyboard, mouse or touch screen.
- Steps to reproduce: what you did, in order, starting from opening the page.
- What happened and what you expected: for example, "the jump button did nothing after I paused and resumed."
- How often it happens: every time, sometimes or only once.
A screenshot can help, but please make sure it does not show personal information such as other open tabs, notifications or your email inbox.
Quick checks before reporting
- Reload the page and try again.
- Make sure your browser is up to date.
- If saved scores or preferences seem wrong, try the "Clear my saved data" button on our Privacy Policy page. Note that this removes your saved best scores.
Requesting a correction
If you believe a guide or page contains an error, such as an inaccurate description of a game mechanic or an incorrect statement about a web technology, please tell us:
- The address of the page.
- The exact sentence or section you think is wrong.
- What you believe is correct, and a source if one applies, such as MDN Web Docs or a published specification.
We review correction requests using the process described in our Fact-Checking Policy and our Editorial Policy. If we agree a change is needed, we update the page.
Copyright concerns
All games, art and sounds on Jumping Arcade are original and generated in code. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, please follow the steps in our Copyright Policy, which lists the information we need to review your concern.
Advertising and business inquiries
The site does not run advertising today. If you have an advertising or business inquiry, you are welcome to email us with a short description of your proposal. Please note that our Editorial Policy keeps advertising separate from editorial content: we do not accept payment to feature games, change rankings or influence what our guides say, and we do not publish sponsored content disguised as editorial.
General feedback and game ideas
Suggestions for improvements, accessibility feedback and ideas for new jumping mechanics are welcome. For accessibility issues specifically, see our Accessibility Statement for what we have implemented and the limitations we know about.
What to expect after you write
We are a small team, so we cannot promise a specific response time. We read every message and prioritize reports that affect many players, such as a game that fails to load, and correction requests about factual accuracy. We may not reply individually to every suggestion, but feedback is considered when we plan updates.
We will not use your email address for marketing, and we do not add it to any mailing list. We use it only to respond to your message. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
