Jumping Arcade is operated by the operator of Jumping Arcade ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means anyone who visits or uses the site. These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer.

Use of the site

You may use Jumping Arcade for personal, non-commercial entertainment and information. The games run in your web browser and require no account or payment. You are responsible for your own device, internet connection and any costs associated with them.

Some games involve fast movement, screen shake, particle effects or sudden sounds. Please take breaks and stop playing if you feel discomfort. The site respects your device's reduced-motion setting where described in our Accessibility Statement.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or damage the site or its hosting infrastructure, including through automated requests at a volume that affects availability.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system connected to the site.

Intellectual property

The games on Jumping Arcade are original works created for this site. The game code, characters, shapes, thumbnails and sounds, together with the text of our guides and pages and the overall site design, are owned by the operator of Jumping Arcade and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.

You may share links to our pages and share your own Daily Jump Challenge results. Short quotations from our guides with a link back to the source page are fine for commentary or reference. Any other reuse requires our permission. Names of browsers, operating systems and other products mentioned on the site are trademarks of their respective owners. Games provided "as is"

Games are provided free of charge, on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We test every game on desktop keyboard and mobile touch before publishing, but we cannot guarantee that every game will work on every browser, device or screen size, or that it will be free of bugs. Games and content may be changed, updated or removed at any time without notice.

Scores, favorites and preferences are stored only in your browser's local storage. They can be lost if you clear your browser data, switch browsers or devices, or if your browser removes stored data. We cannot recover them. There are no online leaderboards, and scores have no monetary or other value.

Some pages link to external websites, such as technical documentation or, in future, pages provided by advertising partners. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to their own terms.

No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, about the site, its games or its content, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability or non-infringement. Limitation of liability
