Last updated: September 19, 2026. This policy explains what information is involved when you use Jumping Arcade, where it is stored and what control you have over it. The short version: we do not ask for personal information, we do not set cookies, and your game progress stays in your own browser.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Jumping Arcade website at jumpingarcade.xyz, operated by the operator of Jumping Arcade ("we", "us"). The site is a collection of static web pages and browser games. It has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, no comment system and no database.

Information we collect

We do not collect your name, email address, location or any other personal information through the website. You can play every game and read every page without telling us who you are.

The only time we receive personal information is if you choose to email us. In that case we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to respond. We do not add you to a mailing list or share your message with third parties, except where required by law.

Server logs kept by our host

The site is served as static files by a hosting provider and content delivery network. Like most web hosts, the provider may automatically record standard server log information when your browser requests a page, such as your IP address, browser user agent, the requested URL and the time of the request. These logs are used for operating, securing and troubleshooting the service. We do not add any tracking to these logs, and we do not control or access more than the hosting provider makes available to site operators.

Data saved in your browser

To remember your progress and settings, the site uses your browser's localStorage. This data is stored on your device only. It is never sent to our server or to anyone else, and we cannot see it. The keys used are:

KeyWhat it stores
ja_bestScoreYour personal best score for each game.
ja_recentGamesThe games you played recently, so they can be shown for quick access.
ja_favoriteGamesGames you marked as favorites.
ja_soundPreferenceWhether game sound is on or off.
ja_themePreferenceYour choice of light or dark theme.
ja_dailyScoresYour best Daily Jump Challenge score for each date.

This data remains until you clear it. See our Cookie Policy for more on how browser storage differs from cookies.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site does not set any cookies today. No analytics tools and no advertising scripts are active. The site loads no external resources during normal use: fonts are your device's system fonts, and game graphics and sounds are generated in code.

Possible future advertising and analytics

We may add Google AdSense advertising and an analytics tool in the future. If we do:

  • This Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy will be updated before those services are activated, describing what they collect.
  • Where required by law, including for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookies are set, using a consent mechanism. For personalized AdSense ads in those regions, this will be a Google-certified consent management platform.
  • Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.
  • You will be able to opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at Google's advertising policies page.

Any advertising will be clearly labeled and kept separate from editorial content, as described in our Disclaimer.

Sharing your Daily Jump Challenge result

The Daily Jump Challenge has a Share button. It uses your browser's Web Share API, or copies your result to the clipboard if sharing is not available. It only runs when you press the button. What you share, and with whom, is handled by your device and the app you choose; we do not receive a copy.

Children's privacy

Jumping Arcade is a general-audience website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights and choices

Because we do not collect personal information through the site, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. You have full control over the data stored in your browser:

  • Use the button below to remove all Jumping Arcade data from this browser.
  • Clear site data or browsing data in your browser's settings.
  • Use a private or incognito window, where saved data is removed when the window closes.

If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or you have a question about how your information is handled, contact us at [contact email to be published]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law, and we will respond to valid requests as required.

Clear your saved data

Pressing this button removes every Jumping Arcade key listed above from this browser on this device, including your best scores, recent games, favorites, daily scores and sound and theme preferences. This cannot be undone. Data in other browsers or on other devices is not affected.

Security

Because we store no personal information on a server, there is no account database that could be exposed. Data in your browser's local storage is protected by your browser and device; anyone with access to your device and browser profile may be able to see it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, including before any advertising or analytics is introduced. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
